Return & Refund Policy

Returns:

-Eligible within [7–14 days] of delivery.

-Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

-Non-returnable items: underwear, sale/clearance items, gift cards.

Process:

1. Contact us at mush.corp.digital@gmail.com with your order number.

2. Ship the item back at your cost (unless defective/wrong item).

3. Once received, we’ll inspect and approve/refuse your return.

Refunds:

-Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.

-Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless due to our error).

Exchanges:

If stock is available, we’ll exchange your item for a different size/colour.
